| 03-31-03 Resident from building #29 reported helping young hispanic girl knowing little english and seemingly in distress loitering outside her building waiting for a friend/family member in building #32 to return. Wanting to help, this young hispanic girl was invited in (wrong decision) to use the bathroom and cellphone. Later it was discovered that Bldg.#29 Residents cellphone was missing. Thru assisted translation the young hispanic girl was questioned about the cellphone and denied taking it. To date the phone has not been recovered. Police report not filed. |
| 04-04-03 Resident from building #38 reported unknown white male 5'-11" 180lbs. light brown hair in pony-tail wearing light yellow striped t-shirt camouflage trousers knocking on door at 1:50am. Suspect was wearing black belt with what seemed to be police/security guard type gadgets. When resident answered door suspect asked how long resident was living in this apartment. He also indicated that he received a call about a stolen car. The conversation was short and suspect was heard roaming outside while the police were called. Suspect was never found or questioned. |

| 05-24-03 Resident from building #36 reported catching peeping-tom in the act of looking into ground floor residents windows between 2:00am. and 3:00am. Suspect was a white male approximately 150 lbs. 5'-10" tall with short dark wavy hair thin mustache wearing dark colored golf-style short sleeved collared shirt and blue jeans. Resident startled suspect with flashlight from balcony and annouced that the police were called. Suspect fled on foot disappearing behind building #35. Two squad cars arrived within seven minutes but suspect was already gone. |
| 05-12-03 Resident from building #35 reported unfamiliar vehicle(s) being parked in complex without license plates. One of these vehicles were already reported a day earlier to police by resident in building #36 who discoved the door left open late at night with dome light on and keys left under front seat. Bldg.#35 resident also reported this to T.C.R.S. Management and vehicles were promptly tagged with violation stickers and have since been removed. It was later discovered that these vehicles belonged to new resident who was in the process of starting a used car dealership. |
